Please read these wholesale policies and then apply by filling out the form using the link at the bottom.

By signing up as a wholesale account, you are agreeing to the guidelines provided by Spoiled Cotton. Anyone not adhering to these rules will be subject to having their order and/or wholesale account cancelled without notice.

• WE ARE HUMAN. You absolutely can expect human errors to be made. When errors are brought to our attention, I stand by my word to jump through as many hoops as possible to make things right for you and for your customers. You will become my FIRST priority if I need to correct an error. I believe the more success you have, the more we have. I will show your business the same respect I show mine. In return, please know, I stand by my employees and I stand by me. If kindness, respect, and professionalism cannot be shown, then we are not the wholesaler for you. Spoiled Cotton has a zero tolerance policy against anything outside of professionalism. We ALL understand “when it rains - it pours.” If errors cannot be met with grace, immediate refunds and removal from our wholesale and retail groups will happen without warning. ZERO tolerance.
• Please email spoiledcotton@gmail.com for any assistance. Please allow 48-72 business hours for a response. 
• 4 minimum PER DESIGN mix and match on the website (we cannot add on to a previous order whether it has shipped or not). Open packs. 
• You must have been in business for at least 6 months with a proper TAX ID. 
• Our tees have an estimated 10 business day turnaround depending on item popularity.
• We PRE-PRINT labels, so you may get a tracking notification quickly as we prepare your order but they will not ship once printed for a few more days!
• Run preorders at your own risk. 
• Tees/tops/items are subject to change brands in closest color option if inventory is an issue.
• Add-ons are only allowed but could possibly ship separately with additional shipping costs as long as your invoice is still open.
• Anyone selling Spoiled Cotton items under suggested retail will be removed immediately. Suggested retail can be found on our Facebook page and our website. Each item should be no less than our own prices. New releases must not be put on sale for at least 30 days. 
• Absolutely no replicating our designs. You will lose your wholesale account immediately and also receive an email from our attorney.
• No returns unless item is sent damaged. We do our best to ensure perfect quality control. We are not responsible for items damaged by customer. We will not accept any washed or worn items. 
• If you receive damaged product, please email us at spoiledcotton@gmail.com and we will get a return label sent out promptly. We must be notified of damaged items within 4 business days of delivery receipt in order to process a return.
• We do not offer drop shipping. All orders will be paid for at time of order via Shopify and we will ship through our Shopify account.
• No cash returns. Store credit only. Anything sent back damaged will receive a replacement of that same item. If item is no longer in stock, we will issue store credit to your account. 
• No BUY-IN groups allowed. Anyone found to be selling Spoiled Cotton items in a buy-in group will lose their wholesale account immediately. Please report anyone selling in a buy-in group.
• No vinyl or print shops that produce their own tees/items. Please reach out if you have questions about this policy. We are more than happy to see if we are a good fit. There is enough sun to shine on all of us so I do understand this is a grey-area policy.
• Once order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. All wholesale orders stand once placed. 
• Product description is available for each item. By ordering the product, you're accepting responsibility for reading product descriptions. 
• Retail discount/coupon codes are NOT allowed to be used for wholesale orders. Anyone using retail codes used on wholesale orders will be refunded and cancelled immediately.
• Spoiled Cotton is a RETAILER and WHOLESALER. Wholesalers are welcome to buy retail items at retail price while ordering wholesale items. 
• We do not currently offer zip code protection. However, we will protect Spoiled Cotton’s retail business with zip code protection where we see fit. Depending on proximity to Spoiled Cotton and customer base, wholesale accounts may not be approved.
