1. I received tracking information but my order has not moved. This is common. We pre-print labels before packing your order. It's also possible that the postal service has not yet scanned your label. Please allow 2 business days for your order to update. If you still have issues, please let us know. Ready to ship orders ship within in 2-7 business days. Personalized, custom orders, and pre-sales will all have individual turn-around-times. Please refer to the original post or product listing for ETA.
2. My order has shipped but has stalled somewhere and is not updating. Please contact the appropriate postal service (usually USPS or UPS). Once the package leaves our hands, we do not have any control over it.
3. WHERE IS LOCAL PICK UP? Please refer to your order fulfillment email or message for the address and pick up information. Sometimes cyberspace will send these emails to your spam or junk folder.
